Roasted garlic sauce and neutral cream

This aromatic sauce goes with white meat, fish or with baked or fried potatoes!


  • 2 large or 3 small garlic,
  • 50 g butter,
  • 1 tablespoon flour,
  • 200 ml neutral cream,
  • 150-200 ml homemade soup as desired,
  • salt, pepper, parsley,
  • nutmeg.


Cut the garlic in half diagonally, wrap each half in aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius in the oven until it releases the aroma and softens.

When it cools, you’ll easily remove the baked cakes. Drain well.

Put the pot on the fire and heat the butter and fry the flour until it turns brown.

Then add the garlic, neutral cream and broth.

When the sauce thickens, add spices and serve warm,
